Hey, Imllost. I am currently 15 years old and have amassed around 6 years of experience in developmt and staffing. I've had the opportunity to work with a range of servers, from small startups to large communities, and have helped them grow and improve under my supervision.
In addition to my management skills, I am also a developer and configurator for Minecraft servers. Below are more details about my experience: My rates are $30 to set up your server, with an optional $4 per month for bug updates. I bring 4 years of development experience to the table, dedicating about 2-3 hours a day to my work (this may vary depending on the type of server you have). While my primary focus is on management and staffing, my development skills are highly transferable to these areas.
